How do I pronounce your name?
“Emi” is pronounced like the Emmy awards. “Fujii” sounds just like Mt. Fuji, the fuji apple, or Fuji film, except with an extra “ee’ syllable at the end. However, in pronunciation, the two consecutive vowels merge and sound like one single long vowel (Fu-jii, not Fu-ji-i).
Where are you located?
I am located in the Temecula Wine Country of Southern California.
When should I book you?
You should book as soon as possible to secure your wedding date. A non-refundable retainer of 50% of the photography collection is due at the time of your booking.
How many images will I receive?
For a wedding, we generally take 60-80 images per hour. For portrait sessions, you will receive between 30-50 images for an hour session.
When will I receive my images?
Usually 4-6 weeks for weddings and 2-3 weeks for portraits.
How will I receive my images?
I will send you an exclusive online gallery link where you can download and even share all of your images. You can even view the images on phone or tablet so that it is always with you!
How long is the session?
Portrait sessions are usually 1.5-2 hours long. I highly recommend booking your shoot 1-2 hours before sunset, if possible.
Will we be able to print our images?
Absolutely! You can print your images anywhere; however, I can always have them professionally printed for you, as well.
Can I order an album, prints, or wall art from you?
Of course! Email me what you have in mind!
How much will you retouch/enhance my images?
I believe we are all beautiful and I like to keep my images as natural and light as possible. I will, however, do minor retouches to remove blemishes or scars. If you have any concerns, please let me know beforehand, so I can be sensitively aware and shoot accordingly.
What do I wear?
Wear something that reflects your style! Feel free to check out my Pinterest board for inspiration. Yet, try to steer away from T-shirts with big logos or designs on them.
How do we decide on a location?
Depending on your personality, we can decide on a beautiful location that suits you. Some locations will charge a fee to use their facilities; you will be responsible for paying that fee.
Do you have a travel fee?
For portraits, I have a travel fee outside of 15 miles from my whereabouts. For weddings, there is a travel fee outside of 30 miles from Temecula.
